Office 365 email archiving error. can't find the junk folder.

We are running MS Exchange 2010 SP3 Standard and the user is running Outlook 2010. When he archives he gets a messages that states

"Error while archiving folder "Junk E-Mail" in store "archivefilename". A folder by the name already exists.
