Hello, as a regional court, we have certain rules and restrictions on the internet connection for employees. I noticed that Outlook 2019 starts slowly and can hang when some restrictions are imposed on the user's computer. We noticed that outlook wants to establish a connection to the microsoft.portal services / website which is being blocked, what should be turned off in outlook so that it does not try to connect to this service, or what is the other solution?
