Office 2016 share calendar and calendar permissions grayed out

Hi,

I just installed office 2016 on my computer PC using windows. After I setup my personal email account and go into outlook, I can view my calendar, but I can not share it. The option is grayed out, so is Calendar permissions. The email account type is POP.

Please can someone help me
