with a re-stat disk and lost office on it. While installing all the updates,
service pach 3 thru microsoft disabled the driver to my cd reader. I have
not been able to solve this issue...can you
1- direct me to someone who can get my word product installed via a download
since I can't us the cd becaus of the reader issue
2- direct me to someone who can get me a patch to fix my reader
problrem....going to roxio etc has not worked. The reader works because I
used the disk to put my laptop back to original form...it was only while
doing all the updates that I lost the ability to read any cd's please help
