OEM Windows 10 Home - changing motherboard to satisfy Windows 11 requirements

I built my own computer, and I purchased a copy of Windows 10 Home, which I see says OEM on it.Now I need to change my motherboard and cpu to satisfy the requirements for the Windows 11 upgrade. I am keeping the rest of the build as is.Can I transfer my license to the new motherboard? If so, how?If I swap the motherboard out, does Windows just stop working?Thank you!
