Odd line appearing at top of maximised programs

HelloWindows has started displaying a transparent line (hard to describe) at the top of programs which are maximised on one of my screens. In the image below you can see at the top of the browser the line appears, but not on the half of the screen that has no program maximised. I have a dual monitor setup and this weird thing is only happening on ONE of the monitors. How do I get rid of it?Thanks in advance! :)
