Observing TDR in several games. Screen turned black and restarted.

There are several games that will cause TDR. My monitor will just turn black, and my PC is restarted. Currently I'm activating XMP and having PBO negative offset 10 undervolt setting. Seeing this issue when in win10. Then I've tried to upgrade from win10 to win11, reinstalling all the software and drivers. But yesterday still seeing this issue.
