"nvlddmkm" - RTX 4090 Game Crash

Hey, I've opened Microsoft Support Tickets before but this issue still hasn't been resolved, in my situation. I'm experiencing issues where my pc crashes 5 minutes into some games. I usually play a game called FiveM which is GTA V modded where I consistently crash 5 minutes into the game but when I play League of Legends, this doesn't effect my pc at all. I've managed to get a hold of a "Minidump" log and I've myself gone through it with Windows Debug.
