nvlddmkm ID153 and LiveKernelEvent 141 Errors

Hi!I had this PC for a year now, and after a few months of owning it I started getting random black screens that turned into driver crashes and icons disappearing from my taskbar and desktop. This has been going on for months, randomly happening. I've tried various fixes, such as reinstalling the drivers, going back a version, updating BIOS, chipset drivers, reinstalling Windows and so on. In Event Viewer it says nvlddmkm ID153 but in Reliability it says LiveKernelEvent 141. I have these errors pop up randomly, usually losing display too.
