nvlddmkm causing TDR bsods

so currently my laptop (PHN16-71-795K) is plagued with nvlddmkm errors for my 4060 laptop gpu with event ids 14, 153 and 0. with most of the time nvlddmkm 14 being at the forefront of the error with this description.The description for Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted.
