NVIDIA High Defenition Audio & High Defenition Audio Device not working

It used to work before, but now that i've used primarily headphones I come back to find the speakers don't work, I can't hear anything outside headphones. When I play something on either audio device, it shows on the meter that audio is defenitely playing, yet I cannot hear it. It also for some reason shows that there are over 5 NVIDIA High Defenition Audio drivers that are not plugged in and about 30 unnamed audio drivers in sound settings.
