NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 Laptop GPU Issues

Hello, I'm currently having issues with my Lenovo Thinkpad P1 gen 6 (21FV002HUS) laptop. For context, the laptop I purchased was a certified refurbished model from Lenovo Outlet 6 months ago and the first issue I had with it within the first weeks of owning it was a display glitching/artifacting issue on startup and for a few minutes afterwards. I found that the primary issue was that Windows 11 was attempting to use the Intel Iris Xe Integrated Graphics instead of the dedicated 4090 GPU, so removing the integrated graphics from device manager and also updating the NVIDIA drivers seemed to fix
