Nvidia Drivers Black Screen.

My build is an intel 13th gen i9 and RTX 4090 The PC boots fine but when I download the Nvidia graphics drivers (which I need for the motherboard to detect my GPU). the screen remains on but turns black and fails to boot windows and doesn’t seem to want to change. I have already tried all the troubleshooting procedures in the recovery menu including resetting the desktop and redownloading windows multiple times. I have also manually downloaded older versions of the drivers both through google and the Nvidia app. Moreover, I tested multiple monitors and cables and the problem doesn’t seem to be
