Nvidia driver update will fail, but update work in safe mode.

So, in short, I've been having this issue for a while now where Nvidia driver's update will fail, but work in safe mode, which makes me think there's something in Windows, either being an app, program, that conflicts with the update but sadly Nvidia's support haven't been any help. Event viewer gives me; "The program drvinst.exe version 10.0.22621.3672 stopped interacting with Windows and was closed.
