num + in numpad not working unless holding shift

HiThe num + on my keyboaard is not work unless I hold the shift key. I tried the key on other keyboard and "On-screen keyboard" but it didn't help.The other keys on the Numpad ("/". "*" and "-" and numbers) works normally, no need to hold the shift key. I hope someone with a solution can help.
