Ntoskrnl Intel Graphics related error causing 100% disk usage and errors

When using Google Chrome with hardware acceleration enabled to navigate or running Google Meet or Zoom, the process ntoskrnl, run by the System, randomly and suddenly reaches 100% disk usage, causing my PC to slow down significantly. Occasionally, this issue results in an error report with the following codes:LKD_0x1B8_Intel_Blackscreen_Blackbox_dxgkrnl!DxgCreateLiveDumpWithDriverBlob_GEN12LP_BLACKSCREEN_UNKNOWNLKD_0x1A8_KEYBD_HOTKEY_GraphicsUnknown_Intel_dxgkrnl!DISPLAYSTATECHECKER::CreateBlackScreenLiveDumpLKD_0x1B8_NV_Blackscreen_Blackbox_dxgkrnl!DxgCreateLiveDumpWithDriverBlobLKD_0x14
