ntoskrnl.exe / IRQL_NOT_OR_LESS_EQUAL BSOD issues

in the past week or so, my computer has randomly started crashing. unfortunately, it's difficult to consistently trigger, but it seems to happen a little more often now when i'm not using it. from what i've been able to search up, it's probably a driver issue (most likely wi-fi/audio). i noticed it crashed most often when i was watching a video, but sometimes the wi-fi would stop working and then go to the BSOD. so i then reset my audio driver to generic (youtube had randomly been getting brief cutouts/static for months before this, so it was long overdue anyway) and went to get the newest dri
