ntoskrnl.exe IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL Blue screen crash after AFK

Hi, whenever I seem to leave my PC on and go do something for around 30 minutes my PC crashes. After the blue screen shows I wait for an hour to see if it restarts my PC but it doesn't. This means any dump files are empty. I have tried running Driver Verifier and haven't seem to crash yet (It has been running for 7 hours now). Also even if it does as my PC doesn't restart the dump file will be empty. Ive manually checked all drivers to see if they have been updated. This happened before on Windows 10 and now on Windows 11 and has been happening for at least a year.
