ntoskrnl.exe bsods and using cpu resources and ssd when dgpu in laptop is enabled

Im having bsods in my laptop, i dont know why, in the blue screen says is bcs of ntoskrnl.exe and says IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (or smtg like that)i already clean installed windows 11, 2 times and still have bsods and ntoskrnl.exe is using cpu resources and ssd when i use my dgpu...I used ddu to remove and install OEM drivers and still the problem There is the minidump file:https://www.mediafire.com/file/sl9hkcj6e6as8ym/112924-8156-01.dmp/file
