Notification settings for installed apps in windows 10 vs windows 11

I noticed different behaviour w.r.t. notifications settings for apps in Windows 10 and Windows 11.I tried this:I installed these 2 apps => Adobe Acrobat (version: 24.005.20320) and Google Chrome (version: 132.0.6834.110) on Windows 11.Opened the notifications and actions center and see 2 different items for Adobe Acrobat and Google Chrome which allows me to enable/configure the notifications for each of these apps separately:Whereas, when I installed the same apps => Adobe Acrobat (version: 24.005.20320) and Google Chrome (version: 132.0.2957.115) on Windows 10, I DO NOT see 2 different
