Notification center

Hi finally today i noticed microsoft released windows update fix and troublershooter sadly after waiting up to 3 months if i remember correctly it didnt work for me, my notification center still wont pop up same with my calendar.I click and click and nothing.I still get notification popups and all i simply cant open my calendar and notification center in the corner.Any help? Please?
