Nothing is being saved on my computer

Hello, Whenever I launch my computer it seems that none of my applications save any logins for some reason, along with printer settings etc.This includes any logins for websites on OperaGX (Which I have contacted them and gone through troubleshooting steps only to determine that the issue is NOT on their end), Steam client, as well as any other things that have a login by default option. Its getting pretty infuriating as It requires me to relog into everything, and my printer does not even want to connect anymore. Thank you.
