Nothing happens when pressing "Reset this PC"

As I said in the title when I try to Reset my PC the window that gives you the option to keep or remove data doesn't show up.When I Go to Setting-System-Recovery and then I press "Reset PC" the blue window with the options shows up for maximum 3 seconds and then it disappears and I can't press anything in settings after.I tried going to Troubleshoot and doing other tutorials on YouTube and nothing works.I'm using windows 11 version 23H2(OS Build 22631.4317)Can Anyone help me please?
