Notepad pop up on the Laptop screen during system Start up on Windows 11

I am using WIN 11, since yesterday Notepad window pops up every time I start the PC it shows as :"Cannot find the C:\SESSION:eRba5zZGTky7H+jkJrzAAAAAAEAAAAAAcycAdQCAAAA.text fileDo you want to create a new file?"I do not know why this is popping up, can you advise me with a solution to avoid this pop up when I start the system?.
