Not sure if this is the place to ask but, the LED lights in my Ace Magician AM08 Pro stopped working

Hello, so I've had this issue for a while, so one night the lights randomly came on without the pc even being on, and then when i went to turn on the pc, the lights didn't come back on, its been like this for a while and no they are not burnt out, ill tell you how i know in a minute, so i restarted my pc, that didn't work, then i unplugged the power cable for 5 minutes, that didn't work, then i opened up the pc and unplugged the RGB cable, and plugged it back in, that didn't work, then tonight i look over at the pc and the lights are on again without the pc being on, so i turn on my pc and the
