Not show the information weather from gadgets

Hi everyone who read this post, I want to my gadgets show the weather when I running the windows (when boot win is success). The picture below is show when I go inside win, the gadgets in taskbar is not showed the weather but when I open the gadgets, it's show the weather. So the problem in here, I want to this my gadgets show the weather when I turn on my computer (when boot win is finished and success) without touch and open the gadgets. Thank you.
