Not Receiving Account Recovery Confirmation Email after Filling out Document.

Hey, I have recently gotten locked out of my Microsoft account due to suspicious activity. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the Phone Number associated with my Account. I did fill out the online document that helps me get back into my account but have not received a response. (I have filled it out multiple times in the last month, still nothing.) I am getting very frustrated because I have been a LOYAL user of Microsoft since I could remember yet, I'm being put in this situation.
