So, I don't know how all this happened, but I'l try to be as detailed as possible. My PC currently stands at 1 GB of RAM, Dual Core 2.00 Ghz Processor,

And an Intel Chipset Family graphics card. The problem is, that I am not being able to access many of my programs anymore. This all started just some days ago, as I was trying to install this game called Dragon Nest Europe from Steam. I don't know if this is any helpful, but the same day I had installed the NA version of it from Nexon, and after understanding that it didn't work, I uninstalled it together with some other games I had. I have also been suffering from adware since I got my PC formatted, as I accidentally installed a product that contained may adware. After not being successful with Microsoft Security Essentials, I tried some other anti-adware specified programs, BitDefender Adware Removal Tool, and just some time before the problem occurred for the first time, AdwCleaner. I had used BitDefender before, and I had no problems. So, since that problem occurred, I am not being able to start Steam anymore, and I have also in somewhat ways of saying lost my admin permissions (every time I try to run a program as an Admin explorer just crashes and the program does not run at all.) Also, I can't run any games. But the most concerning fact is that Microsoft Security Essentials has stopped real-time protection, and I am not able to turn it back on. Also, on a recent scan I ran, Security Essentials Detected the following severe malware:

Trojan:Win32/Varpes.N!plock

Same as above

Trojan:Win32/Spursint.A

Trojan:Win32/Dynamer!ac

Trojan:Win32/Fethar.B!plock

Trojan:Win32/Skeeyah.A!bit

Trojan:Win32/Pocvx.A!plock

Program:Win32/Hadsruda!bit (not removed, medium Alert Level)

BrowserModifier:Win32/SupTab

Same as above

Trojan:Win32/Fethar.B!plock

BrowserModifier:Win32/SupTab

Also today, whenever i try to open a flash game in Google Chrome, chrome just freezes and won't work, and also even more important is that when I try to run File Explorer (explorer.exe) it gives the following error message:

"The remote procedure call failed and did not execute"

Also, when i try To open Control Panel, it says:

"::{26EE0668-A00A-44D7-9371-BEB064C98683}\0

The remote procedure call failed and did not execute"

and then after I close the error it gives the explorer.exe error.

Please tell me what to do, as I am very concerned, especially about the fact that my Antivirus Won't turn on Real-Time Protection. Also, I tried to install AVG Antivirus, but As I Said I can't Access Administrator Rights. Please Help Me. Thanks in advance!w

EDIT: Also, after some time has passed after I open my PC, it gives me the genuine message on the bottom right, saying I need to verify my copy of windows. I really don't know if I can do that, as I installed Windows when i formatted my PC, and I have lost my windows installing CD-s alongside with everything they had included.
