Not getting my phone verification code sent and i can't sign in my laptop is locked....

I have updated my windows and today i was trying to do my work on my laptop it says i should sign in and i already did but it remains that i have to verify my phone number to continue and i already asked for the verification code but it's not sending .....and i can't do my work..
