Not getting codes from xbox app, store, or gamebar to my hotmail.

cant log into anything microsoft cuz it tells me im accessing sensitive information and sends my email a verifaction code, i never get one on my email and ive checked every email it could be sent to and it wont. i cant get prompts to send it to my phone or anthing either thru the xbox apps.
