Not been able to restore/repait/reset Microsoft Store App on my Windows 10 Pro PC.

Kindly help. The Licensed Windows had been purchased from the Indian E-Commerce Giant website Flipkart with Invoice/Bill. Also, Apps such as Outlook/Mail & 'Firefox' are running slow with slow system startup/loading/network speed.I am presently using Norton Antivirus as a software.
