Not an easy solution: How do I get my camera to work again?

Alright community, I have a tough one, that has left me baffled.I have a Lenovo X1 Carbon gen 8, with an integrated Realtek camera, that used to work fine. About a week ago, I did a factory reset on my computer, because it was time and I wanted to start over. Ever since then my camera has not been working. What's worse is; I used to be able to see it in Device Manager by enabling "View hidden items" (or whatever that option is called).I am not a beginner, and I have done hundreds of reinstallations in the past, but I can't figure this one out.
