Not able to write on my usb drive as it is write protected

Hi everyone!when I insert my usb drive in my computer, a message comes to scan and fix it as I click it another message comes that the disk is write-protected.When I tried to remove read only by diskpart I was shocked that the read only attribute is set to no. whereas the Current Read-only State is set to yes. the screenshot of my whole code.
