hello, I am not able to use my mouse at all and have tried uninstalling and restarting my pc multiple times to fix this. I go to device manager and it shows this for my USB connections (apologies for not just showing the pic, it said the files failed to upload)I have looked online for the past hour and still have not found how to fix it and download the driver again to fix things
