Not able to sign in to windows in my Laptop (Lenovo LOQ 15APH8D2) with pin.

It says this sign in option not available, please use different sign in method. Also, I am not able to set up/change pin as it says something went wrong.I tried deleting the ngc folder contents but after that I am not able to set up pin.
