Not able to set up or reset my Windows Hello PIN

Hello! Yesterday I switched the primary email for the Microsoft account I am signed into on my laptop, and since then my PIN and fingerprint recognition have stopped working. Now I have to log in to my computer with my Microsoft account password and it always prompts me to create a new PIN for my device and I click Next, but then it needs to verify my identity with my microsoft account (even though it already verified it with my password) and prompts me to enter my PIN, so I enter my current PIN but then it says "Something went wrong" and they weren't able to set it up, so I can either Skip Fo
