Not able to login using PIN in windows 10

HelloI am using windows 10. I don’t see the ‘Advanced options’ after selecting ‘Troubleshooting’.Can you please suggest what can I do?1. Hold down the Shift key on the login screen - Tap Power in the bottom right corner - Restart your computer.2. Select Troubleshooting-After this, I don’t see ‘Advanced Options’ in my laptop.
