I have used the reset option in setting to reset my PC and I have chose the Delete all files option because I want to delete everything on my PC , after that I was directed to select cloud install or local Update , so I selected Cloud install . After this PC went to resetting mode and after resetting finished , it opened the windows with same wallpaper on lock screen that I had before resetting.
