Not able to install Windows 11 Update 23H2 (0x8007001f)

I'm currently on Windows 11 21H2 and I've been trying to update to 23H2 for months without success.Now I'm getting this message:Your version of Windows 11 has reached end of service. Click to download a newer version of Windows 11 to stay supported.I have already googled and tried some solutions but nothing helped. I also tried ISO but it didn't work.What can I do?
