not able to download software from server

The ETS online test software downloaded from the GRE official website does not open and it says 'not able to download software from server'. How can this problem be solved?When I downloaded the ETS Online Test software from the official website, my computer informed me that it was unable to open the software because it was "not able to download software from a server". During this period, I tried shutting down and restarting my computer, changing networks, and downloading with different browsers, but none of these methods worked.
