Not able to connect to Ubuntu VM instance running in Hyper-V on Windows 11

Hi ,I had enabled HyperV on Windows and installed Ubuntu 22 VM on HyperV.Everything was working well. I did a shutdown of laptop and started it. Then after I am not able to connect to my Ubuntu VM when using "Connect" option in HyperV manager. Please note I am running HyperV manager as an administrator.I see following error: "An error occurred while trying to find the virtual machine 'Ubuntu 22.04 LTS' on the computer. You do not have the required permission to complete this task.Contact the administrator of the authorization policy for the computer". Tried to paste the image on this question
