Not able to activate windows in the new laptop

Hello,I have a digital license linked to my old laptop Windows 10 Pro. I am switching to a new laptop, however, when I put the product key that came with the license, it gives the error code (0x803fa067). I unlinked and reset my Windows in the old laptop, however, it still doesn't get activated in the new laptop. What should I do? How to contact Windows Support?
