not able to activate windows 10

Hi, I am having trouble activating windows 10.I brought a WIN 10 (physical CD with serial no printed on package) with build date 09/16/2020, from a company from which I purchased my PC in 2020 (I have the invoice ).Till now windows worked well, now I have a message to go to settings to activate windows, when I do that, I go to setting to activate, and insert the product key, but the key is not accepted and error message code shown is: 0xc004f050.I have the original CD, and every info needed, end item pin, carton no, coa barcode etcPlease help, Thx
