Normal.dotm Doesn't Save My Customization

On Windows 11, I want to create a Normal.dotm where the FILE-NAME and PAGE # fields automatically appear in the Header every time I open WORD and save a new document.The instructions say:1. Go to C:\Users\my-user-name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Templates (I substitute my-user-name appropriately)2. Open "Normal.dotm3. Make the changes, then click "Save."However, the only option ever available is "Save As" not "Save" so I'm forced to provide a file name. What file should I save it as? It's not saving my customization.
