None of my Microsoft Apps will open today.

None of my Microsoft Apps will open today. If i go into my Apps menu list all my Microsft Apps show a progress bar at 50% under each ICON. How do i repair this please? i have tried restarting my laptop and that didnt work. ThanksI am on Windows 10* Changed to a question & moved from Office/Subscription
