Non System Drive SSD 100% activity without read and write.

Hallo, I want to ask a question. I'm installing win 11, but when I tried to install msix file my non system drive SSD suddenly spiking to 100% without even going down. I tried to turn of defender and still no changes and I've tried Soo many ways still not fixing anything at all. This all begins when I can't boot after having stop code too many times, so I just clean boot but after that my non system drive SSD having issue with 100% ACTIVITY when idle or try to install big software.
