Non-Complient for Windows 11

Microsoft says my computer is non Complient for Windows 11. There was no reason given. My computer is a Dell Inspiron 3647Processor: Intel(R)Core (TM) *** Email address is removed for privacy *** Installed RAM: 8.00GBHard Drive: 1TB 7200rpm SATA 6GB/sEdition of Windows: 10 Home installed 2020Short of having to purchase a new computer is there a way to determine why my computer is non complainant & how can I make it compliant? (Also is it too early to install Windows 11 if my computer was Complient)?
