No Windows Store App in my computer

I've done some research online, but no matter what I do, Windows App Store can't be install.I tried "Repair Windows Store", it didn't work because the troubleshoot page doesn't even have a "Windows Store".I tried Powershell(admin), copied and pasted the command Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}. It's all error messages.I tried running wsreset.exe, it says "you need a new app to open this link"Please help!
