No wifi or bluetooth on TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI motherboard, and missing drivers for "Network controller"

Despite having a TUF GAMING B650-E WIFI motherboard I cant use either bluetooth or WIFI ive tried every driver but nothings working for me I'm missing the driver for a "Network controller" and I cant find anything on it and I'm pretty sure this is the problem.
