NO WIFI OPTION NOR APPEARANCE

Like literally the so-fi option is gone all I see is airplane mode after many and many time of reset & 30s hard reset and still nothing and after that happened my screen all of a sudden started flickering now.It’s a 2009 HP stream 11g laptop.Anyone else have any idea why it’s like this otherwise I’m selling this/dumping this for parts.
